At the meeting, the head of the Quality Management Department first conducted a data-driven analysis of the silicon steel sheets delivered to customers in the recent stage, pointing out the problems reported by some partners. Combined with the process flow, the root cause of the problems was analyzed step by step. In response to these issues, the technical team proposed improvement measures such as optimizing process parameters, strengthening process monitoring, and refining operating standards, and demonstrated the key points of standardized operations through case studies. Quality is produced, not inspected, “emphasized Zhao Xinglin, the head of the quality department.” This training aims to make every operator clear about their responsibilities and integrate quality control awareness into every operational detail.
